Communications Committee

Responsible for ensuring that Club information is fully and openly communicated to the membership and Club attendees.  Responsible for maintaining the website, keeping it current, and sending out Constant Contact messages as requested by the Board.  Responsible for communicating relevant information about the Club to the Meeting Chairs of those meeting at the Alano Club.  Responsible for communicating relevant information about the Club to the larger AA community (such as Huron Valley Intergroup) and other recovery‐related entities deemed appropriate by the Board.  The Board Secretary is an automatic member of this Committee.
